Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Sandwich prep table colding holding is above 4C (10C). This must be repaired if used to store potentially hazardous food.
Corrective Action: PHFs moved to walk in cooler. The sandwich prep table cooler must reach health requirements for temperature by next inspection in order for approval for use as a cold holding unit for the premise. Next inspection date June 2 2016.
