Observation: High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle did not reach adequate sanitizing cycle. Temperature at plate was 60.3°C Dial did not appear to work.
Corrective Action: All dishware must be manually sanitized in bleach water until dishwasher is repaired. Ensure solution measures 100 ppm
