Corrective Action: Please ensure the coolers and juices are kept in a working refrigerator at ≤4°C. Please service these as soon as possible.

Observation: Lettuce in vegetable cooler was not covered.
Corrective Action: Please cover to ensure lettuce is protected from cross contamination
