Observation: Rice Noodles, bean sprouts and cut vegetables not refrigerated. Public health significance: potentially hazardous foods must be stored cold at 4 °C or below at all times.
Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Minced garlic immersed in oil stored at room temp. Significance: Raw garlic and oil have been implicated in past outbreaks because it allows the botulism spores to grow in the anerobic environment.
Corrective Action: Encourage operator to make smaller batches and store unused oil in refrigerator.
