Observation: Bags of potatoes stored on ground in store room beside containers of bleach.
Corrective Action: Store vegetable/food product at least 6" off the ground. Store chemicals separately from food products.
112 Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: Cleaning cloths/rag being re-used without being stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
Corrective Action: If operator wishes to reuse cleaning cloths/rag, store cloths/rags in sanitizing solution between uses. (if using bleach as sanitizer, use 1tsp bleach per 1 litre water for preparation of solution).
