Observation: Bacon, chicken and salami were found uncovered in the fridge and freezers.
Corrective Action: Ensure all foods in the fridges and freezers are covered with food grade plastic wrap or lid at all times.

Observation: Rice (cooked) was found at room temperature.
Corrective Action: Ensure rice and all other hazardous foods are not held at danger zone.

Observation: Refregerator was dirty and rusty inside.
Corrective Action: Ensure the refrigerator is cleaned and sanitized. Ensure the rusty areas are repaired to prevent contamination of food.

Observation: Open bags of rice and flour were found uncovered.
Corrective Action: Ensure open bags of flour and rice are placed in plastic containers with tight fitting lids.

Observation: Improper garbage removal.
Corrective Action: Ensure all garbage, empty boxes and cans are discarded on a regular basis.

Observation: Fume hood was found to have heavy accumulation of grease. Newspaper was used to absorb grease from dripping down.
Corrective Action: Ensure fume hood is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent grease accumulation.
