Observation: - Cutting board is observed to be seriously worn out. - Sandwich preparation cooler is observed to be rusty on the wall.
Corrective Action: - Crack can accumulate bacteria; it must be replaced. - All surfaces in food storage and preparation area must be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
