Observation: - Paper towel dispenser is empty at hand sink at hot food counter - Hand soap bottle is empty and bar soap is observed to be used at washroom hand sink
Corrective Action: - Paper towel dispenser must be refilled - Liquid hand soap with pump type dispenser must be available at hand sink for proper hand washing. Bar soap must not be used in order to prevent re-contamination of cleaned hands
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Walk in cooler shelvings are observed to be rusty, shelvings in back storage area are made of unfinished wood.
Corrective Action: All surfaces in food preparation and storage area must be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbant.
