Observation: - Gone through the dishwashing procedure with the operator. - Bleach and detergent have been mixed together for dishwashing.
Corrective Action: - Dishes must be washed with detergent and warm water, rinse with warm water and then sanitized with 1oz bleach/1 gallon of water solution for 2 minutes and then air dry them.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: - No paper towel is available at the hand sink.
Corrective Action: - Paper towel dispenser must be re-filled.

Observation: - No thermometer is observed in coolers.
Corrective Action: - Must be installed for all coolers for temperature monitoring.
