Observation: - Upstairs walk-in cooler - foods are observed to be not covered.
Corrective Action: - All foods in walk-in coolers must be covered to prevent contamination from upper shelves or ceiling drippings.

Observation: - Bags of single-use food containers are stored without covered in dry storage area.
Corrective Action: - Close all the bags/packages to prevent any foreign materials and contamination from getting into the containers.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: - Staff ladies washroom hand sink is obstructed.
Corrective Action: - All hand sinks must not be obstructed to allow easy access for staff to have proper handwashing.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: - Lots of food residues are observed on floor under stove area. - 1 missing light cover and 1 broken light cover are observed in the kitchen for the fluorescent lights.
Corrective Action: - Floor must be thoroughly cleaned. - Light covers must be replaced to prevent glass contamination of food.

Observation: - Small cooler at front area and under counter cooler in the kitchen do not have thermometer installed.
