Observation: No thermometer was available at the cooler for temperature monitoring.
Corrective Action: Thermometer needs to be installed.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: No hand soap, hot/cold water or paper towel available at hand sink. Hand sink was obstructed by a wooden board. Bleach solution with 100ppm chlorine residual must be available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and dirty rages. Dirty rages were observed sitting on the countertop. (1oz bleach/1 gallon of water). Paper towel dispenser was empty at the hand sink of ladies washroom.
Corrective Action: Called technician to fix the water supply problem immediately. Refill paper towel dispenser immediately. Wooden board must be removed. Provide hand soap with proper dispensing unit (pump type). In the mean time use the two compartment sink and detergent for handwashing (hot/cold pressured water available at two compartment sink). Refill paper towel dispenser immediately.

Observation: One light cover for the fluorescent light is missing, it needs to be replaced. Stairs were observed to be made of unfinished wood. All surfaces must be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent. Broken tiles on floor must be replaced.
Corrective Action: Floors need to be painted.
