Observation: Preparation cooler insert temperature was at 5.6C.
Corrective Action: Adjust temperature to 4C or below. Thermometer is required for temperature monitoring.
110 Repeat Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Meat and fish in walk-in cooler were not covered. All lights must be covered withproper light cover or shatter-proof sleeves.
Corrective Action: Food must be covered to prevent contamination.
112 Repeat Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: New oil barrels have been provided. Leakage problems have been imporved since last inspection.
Corrective Action: More barrels are rerquired. Floor needs to be pressure washed.
115 Repeat Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Screen door has not been installed at the back door. Waiting for approval from Fire Dept.
Corrective Action: In the mean time, keep the back door closed at all times.
116 Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Ceiling leak has not been repaired. Repair company did not come on Aug. 24/05 as what we have been informed.
