Top plate of coffee machine was visibly dirty with yellow residue. These areas do not make direct contact with the food but must be maintained in a sanitary manner. Corrective Action: Operator took apart the machines and set them aside for cleaning and sanitization. Ensure that these areas are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis as per sanitation plan. |
