| 305 | Repeat Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: The roll up door and door frame of the main building was damaged. A gap was present that may allow the entrance of pest. Corrective Action: Operator had the door frame assessed. Operator stated that the door and frame will be repaired by June 18, 2021. Inform the Environmental Health Officer once the door and frame have been repairs. Ensure that the premises is free of pest attractants such as food debris. Continue to ensure that premises is maintained in a sanitary condition and that the back door of the main building is closed during food prep hours.  |
