The regulatory requirement for freeze temperature is -18°C (0°F). Storage at -18°C (0°F) will help ensure optimum food shelflife and quality. Corrective Action: Operator reduced the temperature of the freezer to maxium coldness. Continue to routinely monitor and record the temperatures of both the fridge and freezer to ensure that they are working at the correct temperature. |
