Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code Description
212 Repeat Operator has not provided acceptable written food handling procedures [s. 23]
Observation: Operator did not have a food safety plan available onsite. Since the last inspection, changes have been made in food preparation. Catering is now being conducted.
Corrective Action: Provide the Environmental Health Officer an up-to-date food safety plan.
314 Repeat Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24]
Observation: Operator did not have a sanitation plan available onsite.
Corrective Action: Provide the Environmental Health Officer an up-to-date sanitation plan.
401Critical Repeat Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: The kitchen has a two-compartment sink and a commercial dishwasher. The left compartment has a sign stating "Use left sink only for hand washing please. Clean sink before using for food prep." but there is no separate dedicated hand washing station. This current situation can only act as an interim measure and is insufficient for when the kitchen intends to run cooking classes or has more than one employee working.
Corrective Action: Either install a conveniently located hand washing sink in the same room, where food preparation is performed), or install a third sink compartment. If a third sink compartment is installed, the middle compartment will need to be kept empty so that food handlers can wash their hands here after any activity or instance where their hands may become contaminated.
