Vinyl covering appeared to be shrinking, thus exposing bare flooring and crevices which are difficult to clean. Floors must be properly constructed of imperious material to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Have floor resurfaced with a non-porus, easy to clean material.  |
