(Public Health significance) - Cross contamination of food is a concern from these items on the cutting board. For example phone may have not been sanitized prior to be placed on the surface and grocery bags may have contacted multiple different surfaces prior to being stored on the cutting board. Corrective Action: Store all above items on a surface not used to prepare food and wash rinse and sanitize cutting prior to use. Corrected at time of inspection. |
