Observation: Hand washing station in the servery has paper towel dispenser but no paper towels. Kitchen handwashing station towel dispenser is dirty.
Corrective Action: Paper trowels provided during the inspection.

Observation: The rice container needs a new cover.
Corrective Action: Replace by next inspection.
