Observation: At time of inspection pharmaceutical, staff belongings and other items ie.Wellingtons were interspersed with dry goods.
Corrective Action: Please ensure a separate area is kept for staff belongings and pharmaceuticals are housed in the first aid unit.

Observation: Foods must be protected from contamination at all times. Foods in freezer unit were placed on ground.
Corrective Action: Please ensure foods are stored 6" off the ground.
