Conclusion:	All allegations substantiated
Report of Findings:	Investigation included: Interview of licensee, document and correspondence review. Findings: As a result of the investigation into the complaint, the following area of non-compliance was identified: Section 19 of the CCALA - if a person prepays part of the cost of services provided by a class of community care facilities designated by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the licensee must, at the time of the prepayment, deliver to the person a written statement setting out the terms and conditions on which a refund of all or any of the prepayment will be made. Conclusion and Recommendations: The licensee has taken suitable action, updating and clarifying the language in the facility's existing policies to correct the identified non-compliance. At this time the Licensing Officer recommends that no action be taken against the licence for Candy's Kiddie Korner.
