Report of Findings: | Investigation included: - On site visit conducted June 2, 2022 - Assessment of the physical space, review of facility documentation and an interview with the licensee took place. Findings: As a result of the investigation into the complaint, the following areas of non-compliance were identified: CCLR Section 10(1)- Continuing duty to inform CCLR Section 16(3)(a)- Play area, materials and equipment CCLR Section 56(1)(f)- Community care facility records and policies CCLR Section 57(2)(c) - Records for each child Conclusion: The licensee is to submit a written compliance plan outlining how the above areas of non-compliance will be addressed. An on site follow up inspection to be conducted, prior to re-opening, to verify the facility's compliance. A routine inspection to be conducted within two months of the date on which the facility re-opens. At this time the Licensing Officer recommends that no action be taken against the license for Exploring the North. |
