Report of Findings:	Investigation included: Site visit, staff interviews, file review, policy and procedure review, Findings: As a result of the investigation into the complaint, the following areas of non-compliance were identified: 56(1)(b) of the CCLR, insufficent staff records; Section 56(1)(d) of the CCLR, insufficient policies regarding the sharing of the community playground; Section 56(2) of the CCLR, ensuring staff implement policies; Section 60(2) of the CCLR, insufficent documentation of original criminal record check applications. Conclusion and Recommendations: At this time the Licensing Officer is recommending that no action be taken against the licence for Abra- Kid –Abra Daycare. The compliance plan submitted by the licensee will be monitored by Community Care Facility Licensing for compliance.
