Care and Supervision (The facility will operate the care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of the person in their care. At time of inspection, the licensee stated diapers are changed directly on the floor without a washable change pad however the floor is cleaned with bleach solution after each use. ) Code CCLR Section 13(2) noted on Routine inspection # LTHS-AX3TVY of Mar-21-2018 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (Furnishings and equipment are not maintained in clean condition and in good repair. Observed the laminate flooring located within the general play and eating area is damaged.
