Code CCLR Section 11(4) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-AW6T6A of Feb-20-2018 Licensing (At the time of inspection, it was observed that certificates of all educators were not displayed in a prominent place in the care facility. The certificate of the licensee and one other educator were the only certificates displayed. )

Code CCLR Section 13(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-AW6T6A of Feb-20-2018 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (At time of inspection an elevated play platform was observed in the "orange room". The children have the option of climbing a ladder and quietly playing in the elevated space. No barrier was observed in place to prevent a child from falling off the platform (dropping several feet to the floor) nor was any resilient surfacing observed under the platform. )
