Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (A licensee must provide separate utility areas for clean and soiled clothes, bedding and other articles. At the time of the inspection, the staff stated that all residents clothing and bedding are washed together unless they are soiled. Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings ( A licensee must ensure that all furniture and equipment for use by persons in care are maintained in a good state of repair. Observed the following concerns at the time of the inspection:
1) The toilet located in the bathroom with a shower, was missing the surfacing around the toilet bowl which makes it difficult to clean and sanitize adequately.
