Code CCALA Section 7 (1)(b)(i) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-AVQR3A of Feb-06-2018 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (A washroom plan had been submitted to licensing on June 12, 2017 stating that until the bathroom partitions are up, the licensee would install curtain rods for each stall to give the children privacy. At time of inspection, licensing observed children using the washroom, no curtain rods or curtains avaliable, children could be seen using the toilet, therefore no privacy. )
