Code CCLR Section 13(1) noted on Routine inspection # STMN-ABNUU3 of Jul-07-2016 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (At the time of the inspection, observed food such as cereal, soup cans, crackers, pop and chips stored on the dining room floor. The licensee has a dog who has access to items left on the floor. A licensee must ensure a healthy, safe environment is provided at all times.)

Code CCLR Section 46(1) noted on Routine inspection # STMN-ABNUU3 of Jul-07-2016 Hygiene and Communicable Disease Control (To prevent the transmission of illness from child to child, the licensee must establish a program to instruct the children in good health and hygienic practises. At the time of the inspection it was observed that the children were all using the same cloth towel to dry their hands after washing. This is a repeated contravention and was noted on the May 19, 2015 routine inspection. )

Code CCLR Section 19(1)(a) noted on Follow-up inspection # STMN-AK3T5L of Mar-02-2017 Staffing (At the time of inspection, the licensees criminal record check expired in January 2017. The licensee was provided a reminder to renew the criminal record check on the July 7, 2016 routine inspection. )

Code CCLR Section 20(1) noted on Follow-up inspection # STMN-AK3T5L of Mar-02-2017 Staffing ( Persons who are over the age of 12 and ordinarily present while children are in care do not have a criminal record clearance on file. One individual did not have a criminal record check and the others expired in January 2017. Despite the reminder provided to the licensee in July 2016, the licensee did not renew the criminal record checks. )
