Code CCLR Section 56(1)(c) noted on Routine inspection # STMN-AU3QXC of Dec-14-2017 Policies and Procedures (At the time of inspection, it was determined that the licensee does not have current records respecting compliance with the requirements with emergency training and equipment as set out in section 22 of the regulation. Fire extinguishers were serviced on December 8, 2016 and are required to be serviced annually. Licensing officer was unable to verify if evacuation drills are being practised on an annual basis as the facility did not keep a record. )
