Code CCLR Section 19(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-ANATGQ of Jun-13-2017 Staffing (The licensee is required to have a file for each employee which includes a criminal record check, character references, a record of the person's work history, copies of diplomas or certificates of training, and evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization program. At time of inspection it was observed that the employee file only contained confirmation of first aid and a clearance letter from the Criminal Record Review program. )
