Code CCLR Section 17 noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9WPM5Q of May-19-2015 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (Hazardous materials, specifically a razor and other personal care and cleaning products were accessible to children in the washroom. At time of inspection it was observed that the safety latches to the bathroom cabinet cupboard and drawers were broken. )

At time of inspection it was observed that the children were all using the same cloth towel to dry their hands after hand washing. )
