Code CCLR Section 14(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9SQN5E of Jan-13-2015 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (At time of inspection it was observed that the room allocated for the school age program did not meet the minimum requirement of at least 3.7 m2 of usable floor space per child. )

Code CCLR Section 46(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9SQN5E of Jan-13-2015 Hygiene and Communicable Disease Control (To prevent the transmission of illness from child to child, the licensee must establish a program to instruct the children in good health and hygienic practises. At time of inspection children were observed transitioning from outdoor play to snack time and then to play time. The children were not instructed to wash their hands before or after eating. The table used for eating was also not cleaned and sanitized before or after snack. )

Code CCLR Section 56(c) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9SQN5E of Jan-13-2015 Policies and Procedures (At the time of inspection, it was determined that the licensee does not have current records respecting compliance with the requirement regarding the annual emergency evacuation drill as set out on section 22 (2) (c). The new manager was unsure if the annual emergency drill had been practised and no documentation was available to ensure compliance. )
