Code CCLR Section 10(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9DMQQE of Nov-20-2013 Licensing (There have been changes to the information submitted as part of the application process. Licensing arrived at the facility to discover the program had relocated to another spot within the building and therefore not operating in the rooms identified on the application. These changes were not relayed to the Medical Health Officer and the licensing program. )

Code CCLR Section 13(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9DMQQE of Nov-20-2013 Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings (A licensee must ensure a healthy, safe environment is provided at all times. At time of inspection licensing observed the area where the children were playing had electrical outlets that did not have safety covers. Also, a large amount of computer cords/ cables were accessible. Some of the cables had been wrapped into coils, other were loosely lying about the floor creating a possible safety hazard. )

Code CCLR Section 22(1)(a) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9DMQQE of Nov-20-2013 Policies and Procedures (A licensee must ensure that it has a fire drill system within the meaning of the Fire Services Act. Part of this system includes easy access to an appropriate sized fire extinguisher. At time of inspection it was observed that the manager did not have access to a fire extinguisher in the event of an emergency. The manager was able to locate one down the hall and in a locked closet. The manager was unsure if she had a key to the locked closet. )
