Code CCLR Section 19(1) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-8ZMTX7 of Nov-01-2012 Staffing (The licensee is required to have a file for each employee which includes a criminal record check, character references, a record of the person's work history, copies of diplomas or certificates of training, a medical clearance and evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization program. At time of inspection it was apparent one file was missing a medical clearance and evidence of compliance with provincial immunization program. The staff person stated she would visit her family doctor immediately and obtain the appropriate clearance. )
