At time of inspection the licensee stated she had not practice the emergency plan in the past twelve months. ) Code Standard of Practice - Outdoor Playspace noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-9BPRNG of Sep-19-2013 Records and Reporting (Documentation tracks inspections, maintenance and repairs to the outdoor playspace. At time of inspection the licensee stated she conducts regular inspections of the outdoor play space. She has not however been documenting her inspections and maintenance. )
