Code CCLR Section 23(1)(a) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-92MVTZ of Dec-03-2012 Staffing (At the time of inspection, it was apparent that children did not have immediate access to an employee with a valid first aid and CPR ticket at all times. The licensee's first aid had expired in the month of November. The licensee stated she thought she had another month before it expired -she would renew it. )

Code CCLR Section 44(3) noted on Routine inspection # KBAA-92MVTZ of Dec-03-2012 Program (Children are not provided with daily outdoor play periods unless weather conditions would make it unreasonable to do so. At time of inspection the licensee stated she has not been taking the children outside due to a number of reasons. )
