Report of Findings: | As a result of the investigation into the complaint, it has been found that the facility was not operating in compliance with sections 44(1)(b) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation, as there is no way to ensure that children are not watching more than 30 minutes of screen time a day or, if children under 2 years of age, are not getting screen time while in the care of the licensee. It is recommended a routine inspection be conducted within the next 3 months. |
