CCLR Section 56(1)(f)Records and Reporting: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: a log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H.

Interviews of employees, audit staffing records, site visit, audit of program records.

Findings:
As a result of the investigation into the complaint, it was found that the facility was operating in non compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and Child Care Licensing Regulations.

Conclusion and Recommendations:
At this time the Licensing Officer is satisfied with the action on behalf of the licensee to come into compliance and recommends that no action be taken against the licence for Duchess Early Learning Centre
