Observation: Insufficient notification.

Observation: Policy not in place.

Findings:
The investigation revealed contraventions:

CCLR Section 55(2)(a) - Reportable incident as
outlined in Schedule H of the CCLR was not
submitted within the 24 hour timeframe.

CCLR Section 56(1)(d) - Written policies to guide
staff in the care and supervision of children,
pertaining to transportation and specific
procedures set out to guide employees on completing an accurate bus schedule was not present.

Conclusion and Recommendations:

At this time the Licensing Officer is recommending
that no action be taken against the licence for BBBS PG ASC Clubhouse.

Licensee to create a written policy and procedure
to ensure that an accurate transportation schedule is maintained at all times.
Licensee to ensure employees understand
Schedule H in the CCLR. The above-mentioned
contraventions will be reveiwed by Community
Care Licensing on the next routine inspection.
