- Production and packaging of beverages in pouches (shelf stable). Product in distributed within BC and outside of BC (Ontario, US)
- Facility is licensed with CFIA under the Safe Food for Canadians legislation. Licensed viewed at time of inspection
- Facility receives third party audits (SQF)

- Sanitation:
- Handwashing sink present and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Production area and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Peracetic acid sanitizer used
- CIP procedures in place for cleaning and sanitizing processing and filling equipment
- Products stored on shelving off of the floor
- Pest control contract in place with regular service. No signs of pest infestation noted.

- Production controls in place:
- Pasteurization step - 87C hold time 1min - product is diverted back to processing tank if required temp not met. Monitored digitally and physical records kept
- pH <4.1 - each batch is tested
- Hot fill >81C hold time 60sec
- Microbiological testing conducted on batch prior to release
- Batch records kept for 3 years

- Walk-in cooler 2C
- Walk-in freezer -18C
- Temperatures are monitored and recorded daily. Records are up to date

As facility holds SFC license and is under the jurisdiction of CFIA, the food premises file with Fraser Health will be closed. Should there be a change in licence status or change to operations in activities are proposed which would fall under the jurisdiction of the local health authority (eg. retail food premises or food service establishment), contact Fraser Health to apply for approval in advance.
