- QUAT sanitizer dispenser has been serviced
- QUAT sanitizer at dispenser and in buckets now measure 200ppm.
- Spoke with staff regarding the new meat slicer and the procedures of cleaning and sanitizing.
>>> Staff stated that they clean and sanitize before slicing meat.
>>> After slicing meat, they wipe down with paper towel to remove any remaining meat chucks, wipe with water, and sanitize twice with chlorine sanitizer.
>>> Chlorine test strips available.Staff stated that it tests to 200ppm everytime.
>>> Staff explained how the machine gets taken apart, the blade guard is comes off when cleaning/sanitizing.
