Inspection conducted following premise renovation.
Front seating area redesigned and constructed as per approved floor plan.
Existing equipment and surfaces finishes have been replaced or restored to a good condition.

Prior to premise re-opening the following items require correction:
- Front servery handsink - repair hot water faucet plumbing leak
- Walk-in cooler - replace rubber sleeve on interior door push handle
- Verify new cut out food inserts for cooking line prep cooler with maintain food at 4 C or colder
- Complete cleaning of floors, equipment throughout kitchen area
