Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CCMST6
Cutting boards now stored in a sanitary manner on the prep table after use.
Meat slicer noted in a sanitary condition - blade noted in excellent sanitary condition. Note: Do not forget to clean the hard to reach areas such as underneath the handle when cleaning and sanitizing the meat slicer after every use.
No in-use utensils noted stored in room temperature at the time of inspection.
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in a chlorine sanitizer spray bottle in the prep area.
Note: As per Manager, facility is no longer using their dishmachine but instead washing and sanitizing their dishes manually at their 3-part sink.
Note: Facility's sanitation has improved significantly since the last visit. Manager has also been taking temperatures of the refrigeration units and also date labeling all cold prepared potentially hazardous food items.

No further follow-up required.
