Corrective Action(s): Repair the 2nd hot water tank as per the approved plan for the facility. Given 1 week to repair the unit. The closure order was lifted: -The facility had adequate hot water supply at all sinks including the hand washing sink, the 2 compartment dishwashing sink, the dishwasher, the employee washroom sink and the mop sink. -Front display deli cooler was repaired. The ambient air temperature of the unit was @ 4C. Note: There are 2 hot water tanks in the facility. Currently, only 1 hot water tank is functioning. Repair another hot water tank by February 7, 2022.
