Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food-grade sanitizer was prepared and available during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Staff prepared a QUAT sanitizer solution with 400 PPM QUAT.
A food-grade sanitizer (e.g. QUAT) must be made readily available whenever food is being prepared/ served.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash sink was occupied at the start of the inspection. Filled with wiping cloths soaked in a solution in the basin of the handwash sink.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Staff drained the handwash sink basin and removed the wiping cloths.
Handwash sink must be accessible at all time to allow food handlers to perform proper handwashing when required. At no time can it be occupied unless it's for handwashing only. Store in-use wiping cloths in a container instead.

No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
