Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on June 6 ,2024, regarding care and supervision (active supervision) and policies and procedures (screen time).

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and observations.

Licensing confirmed that staff did not always maintain continuous supervision during parent pickup time.

Therefore, the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was cited:
· Section 39(1), Continuous supervision required.
