Observation: Observed mouse droppings along the front kitchen under the prep line and the 2 dry storage rooms.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and sanitize the area with bleach water. Pull out equipment along the prep line at least every 2 days to monitor for future activity and clean. Pest control service is in place. Given 1 day to correct.

Observation: 1. Observed food crumbs on the floor underneath the food prep tables throughout the kitchen
2. Observed clutters and not-in use kitchen utensils along the dishwashing area and the back dry storage
3. Observed crevices on the ceiling in the dry storage room
Corrective Action(s): Enhance cleaning of the hard to reach areas regularly. Remove droppings and food crumbs regularly to monitor and prevent pest activity. cleaning and sanitizing the areas will remove attractants (droppings and food source). Remove not in use items from the kitchen and organize the area to enhance cleaning and monitor further pest issues. Seal crevices on the ceiling in the dry storage room. Observed a major mice activity along the front food prep area and the back dry storage rooms. Pull out all equipment and seal any holes or crevices if found. Given 2 days to correct
