Handwashing facilities maintained (warm water, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers) in dishwasher room, sampling station and staff washroom. Premise sanitation satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. Sanitizer feeder system dispensing 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 74 C achieved. Mini fridge 3 C (kitchen), with thermometer provided. Coffee Bar - fridge has been removed, awaiting a compatible replacement for space available. Dairy dispensed directly from kitchen in small volume for a single coffee sampling at this time. Note: Dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine = 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) can be used on surfaces impacted by pest activity.
