Routine inspection completed due to ownership change - Coolers 4 degrees Celsius or colder; freezers -21 degrees Celsius; thermometers present. 2x upright cooler has built up ice inside. Recommend chipping it away; replacing door seals; or replacing the freezers. - High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temp of 71 degrees Celsius. - Hand sinks stocked w/ liquid soap, paper towels and running hot & cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] of 200 ppm. - All surfaces are in good working order. - Racks present to store foods 6" off the ground. - General sanitation level is good. - Exhaust canopy cleaned professionally in January 2022. - Premises serviced by professional pest company. Have a company monitor for pests every month for 1 year. - FSP & SP approved. - FS certified staff present. - The following to be completed prior to opening: Remove all food and items that will touch food (dishware, scales, plates, etc.) from the back storage room. Install plexiglass barriers on each side of the metal rack in the kitchen, found between the h/w sink and mop sink. Pay health permit fees of: $25.00 (dated today) made to "Fraser Health" $150.00 (dated April/22) made to "Fraser Health". 4. Provide copy of the company's Incorporation papers. - Permit to operate granted.
