Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sanitizer not available for wiping cloths, milkshake machine and milk wand at espresso machine.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure a solution of 100ppm Chlorine is available at in a bucket for wiping cloths, in a cup for the milkshake machine, and a separate container with a wiping cloth for the milk wand.

2. Sanitizer in spray bottle to be changed to 100ppm Cl - 1/2tsp for 1L water = 100ppm Cl

Ensure sanitizer in open containers are changed routinely throughout the day (every 3-4 hours). In spray bottle, solution to be changed daily.
